🏛️ Why This Trip Matters
The Active A’s are heading to one of the most remarkable automotive history destinations in the country: The Chris & Kathleen Koch AACA Library & Research Center, home to more than 3 million historical automotive documents and recognized worldwide for its dedication to preserving our shared automotive heritage.
The AACA Library isn’t just a building—it’s a living archive of the stories, craftsmanship, and innovation that shaped the vehicles we love. As the official Library and Research Center of the Antique Automobile Club of America, it houses books, sales literature, brochures, periodicals, service manuals, company documents, and the collections of twelve car clubs. It is one of the largest and most honored automotive research libraries in the world. 1
For anyone restoring a Model A, researching family automotive history, or simply curious about the evolution of the automobile, this visit offers rare access to materials you won’t find anywhere else.
