This living history block party\, hosted by the West Chester Area Council of Governments\, takes place on Gay and High Streets in Downtown West Chester\, PA America250 – A Stroll through West Chester. [1\, 2\, 3]\nHere are the details for the day’s events:\n\n\nFree Block Party (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Enjoy living history displays covering 250 years of American life (from 1776 to 2026)\, live music\, food vendors\, and children’s activities America250 Celebration – Chester County’s Brandywine Valley.\n\n\nDeclaration Reading (4:00 PM): A ceremonial flag raising and public reading of the Declaration of Independence at the Historic Courthouse West Chester – WCACOG America 250 Celebration – Yodel.\n\n\nSpectacular Drone Show (9:00 PM): A choreographed drone display will light up the sky over West Chester America250 – A Stroll through West Chester. [1\, 2\, 3]\n\n\nRooftop Viewing Parties (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM): You can purchase a ticket (starting at about $10) to watch the drone show from the top of the Chestnut Street Garage (14 E. Chestnut St) America250 Roof Family Party Tickets\, Sunday\, August 2.
